Payment Terms
Payment for bespoke carpentry projects is required in two installments. The first installment, 50% of the total cost, is due at the time of the project commencement. The remaining balance is due upon project completion. We accept payments via bank transfer, Paypal.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that If you need to cancel your bespoke carpentry project, please notify us at least 3 weeks in advance. A cancellation fee of 25% of the total project cost will be charged for cancellations made within 3 weeks of the project start date. We aim to be flexible and understanding of unforeseen circumstances, so please reach out to discuss your situation.
